What is the SJP Graduate Programme?
The SJP Graduate Programme helps recent graduates start their careers in financial services. Graduates get real work experience, structured training and close support as they build their skills in their chosen area.
For 2027, there are two programme streams:
- Graduate Programme (Investment)
- Graduate Programme (all other business functions)

- All other functions deadline: November 13, 2026
SJP may close vacancies early once it receives enough applications, so apply as soon as you can.
