What is the Paris Peace Forum?

The Paris Peace Forum is a global meeting where heads of state, international organizations, business leaders, researchers, and civil society come together. It was founded in 2018 to find practical solutions to the world's biggest challenges.

The 2026 edition is the forum's ninth. It takes place on 10 and 11 November 2026 at the Palais de Chaillot in Paris, under the theme "From Sovereignty to Cooperation."

What is the YAS Delegation?

The Young Ambassadors Society (YAS) is an Italian youth organization that runs the Y7 Italy program. It is recruiting a delegation of young people to attend the Forum through the #YouthTrack, a special program that puts young people at the centre of international dialogue.

Who can apply?

  • Fluent English speakers.
  • People with study, volunteer, work, or entrepreneurial experience in international affairs, peace and security, development, climate, technology, AI, or related fields.
  • Team players who can work with Italian and international delegates.
  • You don't need an Italian passport. Applicants from any country are welcome.
  • You must be able to get a visa for France if you need one.

  • Free accreditation to the Paris Peace Forum, with no registration fee.
  • Access to the #YouthTrack, including exclusive sessions with public figures and decision-makers.
  • Networking with young leaders, diplomats, and international leaders from around the world.
  • A year-long #YouthTrack community with events and networking after the Forum.

Funding

This is a self-funded opportunity. Delegates must cover their own travel, accommodation, meals, visa, and other personal costs.

What's expected of you?

  • Attend the Forum and take an active part in the #YouthTrack.
  • Work with the delegation to create content and share key insights.
  • Share what you learned with your community, university, or network afterwards.

The application included a short online form, a CV, and a one-minute video about yourself and your interest in international affairs. Shortlisted candidates were invited to an online interview.
