DPoA MTR Journalism Fellowship 2027 in Doha, Qatar (Fully Funded)

UN-OHRLLS invites journalists from Least Developed Countries to apply for a fully funded fellowship to cover the Doha Programme of Action Midterm Review in Doha, Qatar, in March 2027. Apply by November 2026.

What Is the DPoA MTR Journalism Fellowship?

The DPoA MTR Journalism Fellowship is a fully funded opportunity for journalists from Least Developed Countries (LDCs). It is organised by UN-OHRLLS, the UN office that supports Least Developed Countries, Landlocked Developing Countries and Small Island Developing States.

Selected journalists will travel to Doha, Qatar, to cover the High-level Midterm Review of the Doha Programme of Action (DPoA). The DPoA is the global plan to help the world's Least Developed Countries grow and develop between 2022 and 2031. Fellows will report on how this plan is working and connect global decisions to real life in their own countries.

Only 10 journalists will be selected.
